Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Lodge Sainte Anne and any person making a reservation.
Booking
Reservations are made through third-party platforms (including Holidu).
A reservation becomes final and binding after confirmation and payment according to the conditions of the relevant platform.
The guest acknowledges having read:
- these Terms & Conditions
- the house rules
- the conditions of the booking platform used
Prices
Prices are displayed in euros (€), including all taxes.
Prices may vary depending on seasonality and availability.
The applicable price is the one confirmed at the time of booking.
Payment
Payment is processed through the booking platform, according to its own secure payment conditions.
Lodge Sainte Anne is not involved in the payment collection process when an intermediary platform is used.
Cancellation Policy
Applicable cancellation conditions are those defined during the booking process on the platform used.
Any refund or cancellation request is handled exclusively through the booking platform.
Booking Modifications
Any modification request is subject to approval and to the booking platform’s conditions.
Arrival, Departure & Access to the Property
Check-in: from 5:00 PM
Check-out: before 10:00 AM
Access to the property may be autonomous (key box, access code or equivalent system).
Guests agree to:
- keep all access codes strictly confidential
- never share them with third parties
- return any access devices at the end of the stay
Any loss, fraudulent use or failure to comply with these obligations may result in additional charges.
Accommodation Capacity
The property accommodates a maximum of 4 guests.
Any excess occupancy may result in refusal of access or termination of the stay without refund.
Security Deposit
A security deposit may be requested either through the booking platform or directly.
It covers any damage caused to the property or its equipment.
Use of the Property
The property is rented exclusively for tourist accommodation purposes.
The following are strictly prohibited:
- parties and events
- commercial or professional activities
- any use contrary to applicable regulations
House Rules
Guests agree to comply with the house rules.
These rules form an integral part of the rental agreement.
Interruption of Stay (Inappropriate Behaviour)
In the event of non-compliance with essential rules (disturbance to neighbours, dangerous behaviour, damage, exceeding maximum occupancy), the owner reserves the right to:
- immediately terminate the stay
- without compensation or refund
This termination will be carried out in accordance with the conditions applicable through the booking platform.
Guest Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
Repair or restoration costs may be charged through the booking platform or deducted from the security deposit.
Owner Liability
Lodge Sainte Anne cannot be held responsible for:
- loss, theft or damage to personal belongings
- service interruptions beyond its control
- external disturbances or nuisances
Force Majeure
Performance of the contract may be suspended in the event of force majeure (natural disaster, exceptional event, health crisis, etc.) without the owner being held liable.
Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.
Complaints
Any complaint must be submitted within 7 days following the end of the stay to:
Consumer Mediation
In accordance with Articles L.612-1 and following of the French Consumer Code, guests may use a consumer mediator free of charge for the amicable resolution of disputes.

Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law.
Disputes
Failing amicable resolution, jurisdiction shall fall to the courts governing the location of the property.
Acceptance
Any reservation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
